Good fences and good neighbors

selenite went around the block the other night to talk to the homeowners with the dog that was getting into our yard, since he didn't have the stuff to do a patch himself. They said they'd be home the next day during daylight and would fix it. I heard hammering late yesterday. Today I look over and see that there's actually a whole new section of fence there. Very good. Perhaps we'll have selenite go by and say thanks and bring some dog biscuits or something.

On other fronts, I'm having a good time, very busy, but very happy.

knitting frustration

Why oh why do I never have the brains to write down things like what needle size I used on a project, when I'm always going off and changing things anyway? It isn't anything like the yarn that the pattern calls for, so I can't even judge by what size needle the pattern had.

Bother. I thought this was going to be a one-off, I guess.
