honest question here
Okay - is it ridiculous to do a baby registry for a 4th baby?
There's lots of stuff we already have, of course, but there is stuff we could use...

MOBI!
I got to see
marymont today! And her adorable grandbaby. And her two granddaughters. The two year old was a bit under the weather and quiet, but we had a lovely time with the 10 year old later. I got climbed on, cuddled with, and purred at by 3 adorable kittens, admired two huge snakes and two small ones, and saw a cute ferret.
Then
marymont and her older granddaughter and the kids and I came back here, to collect the dishes we're passing on to her son, snag all the little leftover balls of sock yarn from my stash for her to make tiny-baby-newborn-socks, and dig out a bunch of good baby sock patterns to print for her. Maggie had a BLAST playing with the other girl, and they were kind and included Jamie.
It was lovely. I hadn't seen her for 3 1/2 years. Too long. Hope it's shorter next time.
Although, whew. I spent a lot of time upright, driving, and too busy talking to think of drinking water. Oy my swollen ankles. Today we are definitely up to pitting edema. As soon as I got home I changed into a comfy nightgown and put my feet up, Karl brought me dinner to the couch so I could keep them up, and I've drunk 3 MegaHuge glasses of water.
