Whoa, good customer service
Feb. 11th, 2008 05:43 amI just had to deal with calling customer service on an account for a bill I'm doing. The automated system got me annoyed, and I finally got it to give me a human being, and by then I was pretty annoyed in general - and I very quickly STOPPED being annoyed, as I got a friendly, helpful, intelligent articulate person who did a fantastic job of customer service. Understood my point immediately, agreed the bill was in error, apologized for the mistake, fixed it right away, made sure I had everything taken care of. Whoa. That doesn't happen nearly often enough. Perked me right up.
Now I have to get back to the rest of the bills.
