I got a really nice 19" monitor for Philippa for about $60 half for the monitor, half for shipping. Interestingly the deals I could get on 19" seem to be better than on 17". Look for a business selling a bunch that have come off lease -- there are lots of them. Avoid individuals for computer purchases.
