That's just like me with cooking - I can't help making adaptations to just about everything I make. Like tonight; I couldn't just make normal mac&cheese, I had to sautee some diced onion, roasted garlic and chopped hot dogs in the butter before adding the cheese powder. And, some extra cheeses, like parmesan and shredded cheddar. :-)
