Sorry, dear. Your friends are ABSOLUTELY right - Texans have a real driving deficit when there is the least bit of frozen precip. And this storm was a real lulu when it hit Denver. The national news said you are supposed to start snow just about commute time. Now, I know a gal with a degree from Michigan State can drive on snow over ice - and so can a MIT engineer - but the idiots coming at you sure can't!
