Um, it is.
So I just saw an ad for the National Trust on OKCupid.
Now, I approve of the National Trust. I'm cool with them. Frankly, I have more experience with the British version, but the US one is fine with me too.
But the ad says "Would you replace the Washington Monument with a skyscraper?"
Um. 'Scuse me, but it *is* a skyscraper. A skinny one, yes.
Okay, yeah, I know what they mean, but they could have chosen a better example.
