When I worked at Vandenberg I'd sometimes be following a tanker of rocket fuel. Kerosene, no big deal. Monomethyl hydrazine, multiple police cars keeping a safe zone around it. The fuels people carried chlorine trifluoride on their price list. I don't even want to think about how you'd go about transporting that.
