Everything's bigger in Texas ;-P
That said, growth rates vary a lot. It's possible that 9 months from now, she may have only gained 2-3 more lbs and 2-3 more inches. I don't know.
I'm told I weighed the same on my 2nd birthday as my first, but I was a lot taller.
