I seem to recall it's all synthetics. Shouldn't shrink, might shed some dye.
Wash cold, delicate setting.

By the way, have you discovered the Shout Color Catcher sheets? They work! I can put brand new jeans in a load with stuff that isn't blue, and only the dye catcher sheet comes out all blue. On the laundry aisle in (some) Wal-Marts.
