I wish I had a weather radio to send you all. I've got a Grundig that has AC, Battery, and hand crank ability in my earthquake kit. But it doesn't have the NOAA weather channels.

You may want to consider getting one to place in your laundry room. Amazon has a batch under $40.

Radio Shack has had NOA radios in the past.

Sure hope I don't get dumped out of bed early again by a lightning strike!
