sleepy babies
Mar. 29th, 2004 02:16 pmI tried to post this earlier but my network connection went down for a bit.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Jamie was in my lap nursing here at the computer chair. Maggie was fussy, so I let/helped her climb up. So Jamie's on my lap head to the right, and Maggie's up against my left shoulder getting cuddled. That was it for computer work for a while.
Then both of them fell asleep.
I couldn't figure out any way to put just one down without dropping the other. So I ended up standing up - getting to a standing position with Maggie on my shoulder and Jamie horizontal on my right arm - then walking across the living room with them in my arms, climbing over the gate that way, climbing up the stairs, going into the nursery, and laying them down on the nursery bed together, still asleep.
There needs to be a big S sewn on the front of my outfit, I swear.
