Sock status

Karl's anniversary socks are done, good.

Mom finished test knitting the first of the fluted banister socks, women's large size, fingering weight, check.

I'm most of the way through the first child's size fluted banister sock test knit, DK size, right.

Need to work out the heel turns for the women's medium in fingering weight and in sport weight. Sigh. I really need a handy size women's medium person around to try these things on!

Lessee, which women friends do I *have* that live geographically close? LeeAnn from church is a large, I know that, I'm teaching her to knit socks. Louann is something like 6 feet tall, I doubt she'd be a medium. Darn, I don't know any other women well enough in this area.
