So I'm sitting here at the computer desk answering an email from selenite, and I start hearing the repeated "thwock! thwock!" sound that means one of the kids is playing on the little drum. That's fine, I don't mind them playing with it.

Then I realize - waitaminute - Brendan's sitting over there on the couch. No drum. Maggie's in the high chair with a snack, she's not playing it. Who's playing the drum?
