Sunday so far
May. 14th, 2006 01:25 pmFirst, let me point you to
misia's post on Mother's Day, which is excellent.
So far I am having a nice mother's day. Church this morning, then we came home and I laid down for a bit while
selenite made a fantastic brunch. Oh yum yum yum. And we'd come home last night to a mystery package that I opened today - my mother-in-law sent me the Rigetti book on sweater design and the Big Girls Knit book that I have been desperately coveting! OoooOooOh. I haven't gotten to read through it yet but oh oh my there's definitely some projects I'll be doing.
I will post more about the weekend, the house concert, gaming, Jamie's potty training, etc, as I catch up on energy.

Without them, we wouldn't be here. I don't care how resolutely childfree you are: you don't have to have children or even like them to appreciate that even you were once a child, and that children generally speaking take a lot of work to care for and rear.
