Movie suggestions

So I'm looking for a movie to suggest for movie night. We're done with Dr. Who. (And I must say, our general reaction seems to be "meh") We may have new people, who may or may not be back next week, so ideally something standalone, not part of a TV series or anything. (Despite temptations to restart B5 after reading autographedcat's post) Ideally something we haven't seen before.

Generally we tend towards SF/F, although not always - recent watches included The Big Chill and Animal House. (Well, I found out fordprfct had never seen either, and selenite had never seen The Big Chill!)

Ideally it'd be something fun like The Princess Bride or Willow, but that we haven't seen. Of course, as fordprct puts it, "if we knew of a movie like that, we likely would have already seen it".

So what the heck, I'll open things up for suggestions. No guarantee I'll try anything, but hey, suggest stuff.
