Also, an encouragement. Sample chapters for The Hallowed Hunt are here. It's the next book out from Lois McMaster Bujold, in the same world as her recent wonderful books The Curse of Chalion and Paladin of Souls. My new icon is a scan of the cover art, which they got REMARKABLY right.
Go read the sample chapters. Then go buy the book. It's out on the 24th of May! (We were lucky enough to be among Harper Collins' First Look previewers and got to read an Advanced Reader Copy. Wow! I look forward to buying ours.)
Karl actually wrote the review we turned in. They didn't use ours - I think they probably wanted more "oh, it was so great it knocked our socks off!" type phrasing rather than analysis, but okay, we know for next time. And they seem to have had plenty of great reviews to choose from.
