Bailey's shake - help
Jul. 26th, 2005 07:02 pmOkay, discussion on my last post with
joyeuse13 has left me determined to make my own Bailey's shake. Yum.
I found a recipe online.
Red Robin's Bailey's Shake
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1/4 scoop ice
4 ounces vanilla ice cream
1 1/4 ounces Bailey's Irish cream
1/2 ounce chocolate syrup
2 ounces milk
=== GARNISH ===
Whipped cream
Chocolate sprinkles
Blend until smooth, top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
Serve.
This recipe yields 1 serving.
Now I'm trying to figure out - what's "1/4 scoop ice" mean? What kind of scoop? And how do I figure out ounces of all those ingredients? I'd be much more comfortable with cups and tablespoons.
