It's an animated gif. I have a program that lets me play around with them. GIF Movie Gear, it's called. I used IrfanView to get the component pieces, his and mine cropped in exactly the same sizes and then each reduced down to 100 pixels per side.
Ah HA!! I have some pics from the Yard Dog Road Show that NEED to be made into a movie/avi/something. Hadn't had time to track down the tools yet. I'll look up GIF Movie Gear. Already use IrfanView all the time.
