The trouble is I'm making it as a gift, so it all has to go into the tin. Not into me.

But... after getting it into the pan, I did lick the spoon once I was done with it. OooOooOoh. Wow.

Maybe I'll make some more next week in your kitchen. You have a candy thermometer?
