Believe me, I've TRIED telling women like them exactly that (well, not the sacral thingie, but other women whose health problems would ease with a bit more weight). I might as well be telling them to deliberately pluck their eyes out. *sigh* *eyeroll* (Hmm, would that be a "sighroll"?)
