Weather and me
It's a bit scary to me to realize how much the weather affects my moods.
Last couple of days - grey, cloudy, overcast, no sun. Me - inexplicably moody, not dealing with things as well as I think I should, despite really having a great life and lots of stuff to make me very happy.
Today - bright, clear, brisk, very sunny. Me - cheerful, extremely bouncy, having a fantastic time, despite being incredibly shorted on sleep for a couple of nights.
Warning - pointing this out to me in the middle of a cloudy overcast moody time is of limited utility. It does not make the moodiness go away, the mood is real even if it is caused by the weather.

And nowadays I even have it up on a shelf over my computer area, thanks to help from
Trick is realizing when to use it, and figuring out when and how much. And it helps, but it doesn't help as much as a bright sunny day.
