This picture was taken just before "Horsey" got tired out.

After that Karl and Laura were lying on the floor talking. Maggie came over and "tucked us in" with her pink baby blanket. Then she decided to put the big pillow from the back of the comfy chair on us - and Jamie got into the act with the two side pillows - and then they were piling the kiddy sized beanbags on us, and another blanket... until Karl decided to suddenly EMERGE roaring at them so they ran giggling away.

Just another family evening here, yep.

She can do that now. I made the mistake of showing her how my DSLR works once at a housefilk. She remembers. :-) Still working on the finer points of "we don't touch the shiny surfaces" and on the whole looking thru the viewfinder concept, but she's getting it.

Maggie's smile in the first picture is absolutely charming! Jamie looks like he's concentrating real hard on staying upright. Looking at Maggie, I realize how long it's been . . .
