Maggie's breakfast

That was funny. Maggie sometimes has a hard time saying "breakfast" clearly. She asked me to read a book to her, and I said not right now dear, I have your breakfast ready. She said "Oh! Can I read it with bekfa... with befka... with brefka... with cinnamon rolls?" Sure, honey.

I don't recall ever personally having trouble with the word "breakfast" but I DO recall a friend when I was about 6 yrs old habitually saying it as "beksruff".

I so approve of her pragmatisim..oh and cinnamon rolls for "Breky" as I used to and still say on occasion
