Wow. Thank you. That means a lot to me, coming from you. I don't tend to think of myself that way. To me, I keep seeing all these knitters with tons of sweaters for themselves, and feel bad that I'm not up to that standard.
You know, Wendy, Stephanie... um. Yeah. People who've knit their whole lives, huh. Um. Yeah, possibly I'm keeping my standards a *bit* high for someone who's been at this for five years...
Did you know I'm a designer on Ravelry? I'm going to have to write up this sock pattern I'm doing now - surely the stitch pattern MUST be all over the place, I can't be the only one doing this, but still, I'll write it up in three sizes and post it, and then put it on Ravelry. And I have to write up Alanna's newborn hat. I think I should redo it in DK weight and see if that gets a typical newborn size. She's finally outgrown hers, though, so no more chance of getting great pictures.
