Ugh. Running is for emergencies, like catching up with an escaping kid. Karl jogs, and he is welcome to it. Bah.

I like doing things that get me more physical activity and make me feel better, but it can't be things I hate. Walking with music. Dancing. I've thought about trying to get back to biking occasionally, in a leisurely fashion. And swimming, oh I wish I could get back to the mile of laps I used to do. The YMCA ceiling was my meditative friend.
