celticdragonflyOkay, Brendan got home safe and sound last night. On a later flight than was expected - apparently they put him on an earlier flight, but pulled him back off for misbehaving. Spoke with the ex on the phone, tried speaking with Brendan. Sounded like with 3 days off his meds, and the noises of the airport, he was far gone into overstimmed autistic boy. The airline people were apparently talking about banning him from flying as an unaccompanied minor if he misbehaved. I was feeling a bit panicky. selenite got him off the later flight, they said he'd behaved very well. Whew.
We're still sick, and overslept this morning, so Brendan was taken in to school rather late. Oh, well.selenite is sicker than me, so he's mostly getting to be the lump watching the kids. I'm trying to use the opportunity to catch up on the laundry, although I'm having to take breaks and rest, as I'm still sick myself.
We let Maggie play outside for a little bit, and it's such a nice day that we've got a couple windows open to enjoy it.
Oh, and there's new baby pictures up.
