laundry redux

I was thinking about my earlier post about my laundry - several people have appreciated the phrase "Darwinian death gauntlet"

Those who have seen my house know that the former owners painted the laundry room a cheery yellow, with decorations of a beehive and lots of little bees, and phrases painted on the wall like "be smart", "be cheerful", "be grateful".

I feel like perhaps I should add another message, aimed at the laundry.

"Be afraid"

I actually think it manages to be cute without being totally twee.

Now, if they'd put up "Bee happy" "Bee creative" and such, then yeah, we'd have had to hunt them down and kill them.

Easy enough for him, I know where his desk is. It's about a 20 minute walk from mine but I can find it. Finding her would be your department.
