Heh. Maggie has been pointing to things and naming them.

"Book" "Drink" "Phone!"

Then she went over and picked up Brendan's Buzz Lightyear backpack, which he loves. "Bubba's!"

Yes, dear, that's Bubba's backpack.

I swear she just said "now mine!" as she sat down with it.

Oh, she's started taking an interest in the talking Buzz doll too. Maybe we need to help Brendan pick a badge and give him a stamp so he can mark his stuff? :-D

She's not going to respect that.

It's a delicate balance, between what things are his toys, what things end up being hand-me-downs as appropriate for age, what things they can share. And we just get to oversee this balancing act. That's our job. Well, mine mostly.
