IM has the setting for the away message. It ought to have the opposite - something for "I'm stuck balancing the checkbook and paying bills, gawds, somebody talk to me."

Although I suppose that's like Miles in _Memory_, sure he'd wish for interruptions in the upcoming interview with Gregor, but realizing it would be cheating to prearrange them.

Well, the checkbook is now balanced, time to go dig out all the bills, if I can convince the babies under my desk to LET GO of my skirts.
