Clouds, clouds, go away

Come ON, dear nature! Moon us!

We're trying to see the eclipse tonight. Breaks in the clouds made us feel optimistic. We got outside shortly after it began, just to see it fade behind a thicker and thicker cloud bank. Agh. Well, we'll try again in a little bit.

I did a demo for Brendan with the bright sunlight, me as the earth, and him as the moon. I think he got it.

We had a pretty good view of the first half; it finally clouded over around 10:30, at which time I went inside and discovered that the Red Sox had won.
