Everything was fine, things are in great shape, the hygienist continues amazed that I have the tightest contacts she's ever seen. They polished down a rough spot on the little bitty mouthguard that I'm now wearing to sleep most nights to not grind my teeth in my sleep and to help train my jaw to relax a bit.
Then Sunday lunch at Conestoga I found that my lower left front molar hurt if I bit down on food on that side. Very annoying. It didn't hurt other than that. This continued for all meals Sunday and yesterday, so yesterday afternoon I called and arranged to go in. At 7:30 this morning, to minimize

They reground the top of it a bit, and he thinks it should be fine within a few days. If not, or if it recurs, then I need to go back. Hopefully all will be fine.
