I got a talk from the dentist about what things are bad for kids' teeth, apparently I'm doing very well. Juice bad - right, it's a rare treat, check. Hard candies and sticky candies are right out. Chocolate is fine. Yay. He says fruit chews are AWFUL, said he didn't know who came up with that - well, he said, it must have been a dentist, because they're terrible for the teeth. She's never had one, and she won't get any. So we're doing well.

They said she had beautiful teeth and everything looked great. We'll take her back in six months. They're all for introducing her to the procedures gently and gradually. Maybe next time we'll teach her to lie back for stuff.
