Shawl update
Sep. 19th, 2006 09:12 pmI have finished 13 diamonds per quarter. (The first lace pattern goes up to 15 diamonds per section) I just did row 104 (of eventually 184). The rows now have 490 stitches per row (will eventually have 762). So I'm now 36.5% done. Today I have knit 1,944 stitches so far. 29,818 stitches so far in the whole thing. I have a long way to go, but I am getting a lot done. This is for the shawl I started on Sept. 1st. I wish I had started it a lot earlier - it'd be nice to have a shawl for FenCon, but not possible. Next time.
I've mostly been working on it, with a side tangent to do the swatching for Sock Wars, which is starting Friday.
