I have a potluck I'd like to go to tomorrow. No plan to it, just whatever you want to bring. There's a jello dessert contest, but I'm not entering that.
I don't know what to bring. Should be something really easy, and should be something nondairy, so I can eat it right now. And something I like to eat.
I'll take suggestions, if anyone has any. Being a picky eater is hard enough - being a picky eater on a restricted diet is harder.
A lot of my meals these days are "turkey sandwich" or something like that, but that doesn't work well for the potluck. I mean, certainly I could make something with dairy and bring it - but then there might be nothing there I knew I could safely eat, and that would suck.
