Birthday date

selenite took me out on my birthday date, while phoenixsinger, bless her heart, babysat for us so we could go. It was MARVELOUS. He took me to see Kinsey, which I've been wanting to see for some time. Whee, I got to see a rated R movie! It was excellent. Then afterwards we went out to dinner to Olive Garden. I had a glass of wine, whee. (And afterwards put it RIGHT on the edge of the table. Other parents will get why this made us laugh.) We had a wonderful time together, I LOVE being on a private date with him, I wish it happened more often.
I'd like to write up my impressions of the movie, but I have squirmy busy kids who need to get bathed and dressed, and we're planning to go out shortly to takephoenixsinger to the Dallas aquarium. We already overslept enough to miss our morning plans, and have been watching more Babylon 5. I should go get to work on the kids.
But I'd love to discuss it with anyone who's watched it and would be interested. It was fascinating. And wow, have what they'll put in movies changed.
