I just checked the mail. No ARC of _The Hallowed Hunt_ today.

The books sraun sent the same day arrived. But he was talking about the possibility of using me as an experimental subject on what the experience would be like reading the series from a different start point - so I shall hold off and not open the package yet. But it's here safely.

What books did my birthday twin send you? The first two Chalion books? That would be an interesting experiment indeed.

Oh no, I've read the first two Chalion books already, repeatedly. No, he sent me the first two Liaden books. Apparently there's some new ones coming out that are the earliest chronologically, and there's a question on that list about what the experience would be like if those were the first ones someone read. I'm game for the experiment.
