Babies are terrifying

is a really scary thing to look over and see.

She apparently decided she wanted her water cup, which was on the computer desk. And got up there all by herself. Then didn't like it, and started to fuss, wanting to be rescued - which I delayed for a sec, to grab the picture, as the camera was at hand.

We've really been counting on the baby corral to keep her safe for a lot longer. And we'd thought that her learning to climb up on the couch was going to be the first danger point. But maybe not.

Another child with terrifying early climbing abilities, eek.

...at least she hasn't started picking up the broomstick and tried to fly it around the room yet!
