Fun outing

celticdragonflyOh, that was fun.
We ended up going out to dinner with some people I've run into online. Two were local, a couple other local ones couldn't make it, one lady used to be from here and now lives out west but was back for a wedding. We all met for dinner at Outback in Hurst.

selenite was talking a lot too, and being sparkly and fun to be with. The kids were being reasonably well-behaved for their age. Maggie didn't eat much, only a little bread and a few fries, but I think Jamie demolished his half of their meal. He was being outgoing and friendly. They eventually got fidgety and wanted to run around, but then I hadn't realized how late it was getting, it was way past their bedtimes.
I hope we can get to hang out with the local people again. They're fun to talk to, and they do gaming and such.
