Sounds good to me
Librarian
61% Tastefulness, 44% Originality, 44% Deliberateness, 36% Sexiness
[Tasteful Conventional Random Prissy]

You don't pay too much attention to fashion and far be it from you to spend hours on designing outfits which could shock your friends. If you ever shock them it's by how little you care about the clothes you're wearing. The only thing you pay attention to is not to look ridiculous. You don't need to draw attention wherever you come but you definitely need to know you are not the object of jokes. You are happy to blend in. I'm sure this approach leaves you a lot of time and energy for more interesting things than fashion.

The opposite style from yours is Catwalk God(ess) [Flamboyant Original Deliberate Sexy].

At end of 3rd paragraph, the command at the end of the post should be a "make insert point the top of the browser page". I'm still getting used to LJ and when I use &GE and < without using the proper way of writing them, everything between goes away :<( . . .

Sorry, I've tried mucking about with editing it, but I can't find anything that matches what you're describing. Can you see it in the source code? I'd change it if I could find it.

Sorry, I didn't mean to burden you - I was just curious what could be causing that effect.

I was able to save it as html - but I am not html proficient, much less an expert. It looks like the lj cut wound up in the middle (well, near the end, but before the close of the table and tbody and a few other closing operators) of the code that was copied from the fashion meme. So I am assuming that insert position is confusing the browsers' display code.

I wouldn't try to edit it unless you're truly curious - I'm not sure what the editing code would show you - I am very new to this and am continually surprised by what shows up in the finished product :<) Like if I were to leave that last emoticon at the end of my message. It has been very educational to me and I will be very careful when I paste these code snippets in, myself, - - despite the fact that I'm just guessing about what it was :<) .

I don't know why your Entries page doesn't have the same effect. I used the S1 style out of timidity when I started up a couple weeks ago - do you use S2? If so, maybe S2 is smarter. [livejournal.com profile] stoutfellow recently just switched over, and I intend to, but Knife of Dreams just showed up in the library and my name is next on the list . . .

I hope you are feeling more comfortable and have plenty of time to spend surfing.
