Okay, my friends page has passed that magical and undefinable number of enough people doing this that I don't feel stupid doing it myself.

If you read this, if your eyes are passing over this right now, even if we don't speak often, please post a comment with a memory of you and me. It can be anything you want, either good or bad. I promise not to come after you with a spatula, either way.

The good time we had the first time you came out to visit and we took you carolling and dancing and to a concert...and you kept saying, "I feel like Dorothy in Oz!"

I was in Oz! It was fun.

We didn't go dancing that time - you were too tired after carolling. We went to that Chinese restaurant and I tried foods I'd never tried before.

That whole trip was fun!

Oh, that's right. I was conflating the two trips in my head. But they were both wonderful!
