Who? What?

Okay, just watched the streaming Dr. Who special with Karl. From where things started going wrong, I honestly cannot get most of the dialogue. Too much background noise for my hearing troubles, and I couldn't see mouths clearly enough to lipread most of it. Anybody that saw it and understood willing to comment and explain it?

I downloaded an MPEG of the special and I was having trouble understanding some of the dialogue too. Apparently the gist is that the Doctor is taking Rose back to London for Christmas Eve and the regeneration is going wrong...
