Help me clear my clutter

selenite and I just spent a bunch of time cleaning out the upstairs lilac room, the odd one that's over the porch. Hm, the outside of that window seriously needs washing and I have no idea how to accomplish it.

We're working hard on getting rid of LOTS of stuff. It doesn't come easily. We're both packrats at heart. But I want to be able to USE these rooms! There's a possibility we may be turning that room into Maggie's room in the relatively near future, and letting Jamie have the nursery to himself for now. Might be easier to get them to go to sleep. Maggie is frequently napping away from him anyway. (Although how I'll manage when most of their clothing is communal, I haven't sorted out yet.)

There's a couple of things I'm just having too much of a hard time throwing out. One is a set of real silver silverware. Most of the set anyway - there may be a few here and there in other places, but at least it's mostly together. Given to me a long time ago. Never really used. Never going to be used. I don't really know how to take care of real silverware, and I don't want to learn. I don't have enough TIME for that. I don't handwash silverware, I like stuff I can toss into the dishwasher, and I'm too tight on time to waste it on that. Is there anybody reasonably local that would like to come have it given to them? Because the darned stuff has been figuratively hanging around my neck like an albatross, carted around through move after move due to guilt, and I am FED UP. If nobody wants it, I am going to MAKE myself just throw them away.

The other thing is a tin of leatherworking supplies. I threw out the paints, those were too old. Also some other craft stuff - pretty craft shells, some feathers, little clear acrylic boxes. Anybody want to come get it? If I don't hear soon, I will toss it out en masse, too.
