Jamie's eye appointment plans

The ECI guy thinks Jamie should have his eyes checked. He gave me a list of pediatric opthamologists. I now have an appointment for him for next Thursday. Hah. I am quite excited about this. I've been watching Jamie a lot with this in mind - and I think we may be on to something. I *hope* we're on to something. Needing glasses is a problem I can TACKLE head on and DO something about!

One of these days I probably need to do the same for Thomas; he's approaching the age where both his dad and I needed glasses.

I had always expected that of course my kids would need glasses. Everyone else in the family has them, after all. Then Brendan turned out to have 20/20 vision, much to my surprise. And so far, Maggie seems to have the eyes of a hawk. So it actually did take me by surprise.
