blurry vision

Something is up with my eyes today. The text on the screen all looks blurry. I don't know why, it was fine last night. I took my glasses off and carefully washed them - still blurry.

This is making catching up with my email really annoying.

Perhaps this is only the result of a poor night's sleep.

My eyes do that sometimes in the morning as well, particularly if I've slept badly or there's a large amount of dust or pollen in the air
