Quick update

celticdragonflyI've been meaning to post updates and such, but have been busy, and the internet connection here sucks.
A very quick summary - the house's 2nd opinion structural foundation inspection passed, the guy said it was very level, yay. And we proposed an amendment to the contract to the sellers, requesting they do various pieces of repair as were noted to be needed by the inspection report. We were really reasonable about it - stuff that was no big deal, or just an "it would be nice" thing we left out. Heard back from our realtor today - they signed it as is, and will do the repairs. Yay!
So we are moving along on the path towards owning this house.
Went out earlier and looked at the Wild Bird seed store in the shopping center next to the hotel. Enjoying the prospect of putting a bird feeder up, for the entertainment of the kids and the cats.
