Having signed up for this on [livejournal.com profile] cflute and [livejournal.com profile] kitanzi's journals, it behooves me to do it as well.
The first five people to respond to this post, will get some form of wearable art/art/food, by me, about them that they like. I make no guarantees about quality or type, but I will assure that I will give it good effort and that the wearable art/art/food will be individual to you, so if you get a mixed CD or some sort of painting doodle, jar or baked good, yours is the only one like it.

The only catch, of course; as with most memes, if you sign up, it is desireable that you put this in your own journal as well.

Also, I make no promises about response time. I'll try to do them in a timely fashion, but I can't guarantee inspiration will strike immediately ;)
Now, I'd like to make a couple observations on this. The first is that the meme-as-it-has-been-passed-on promises that the people signed up will get something creative "that they like". I can't guarantee what any of you will like. I can say I think you might like it, but that's the best I can do.

And on the no promises about response time? OH yeah. I point out that I still have only written two of those sonnets I'm supposed to do someday before I die. Then again, I can create physical art here and then, in spare moments, without needing long periods of quiet, as writing would prefer. So we'll see. I suspect that getting stuff to the post office will be even harder than getting it made. (I have [livejournal.com profile] bksevier and [livejournal.com profile] rlseiver's anniversary present at long last - now if I can just get it MAILED...)

Me please? I'd adore something lacy, or sock-like, or ... :)

And if you want the scarf, email me off-board to let me know where to snail-mail it. Hmm... if I can *ever* dig up the doggone USB cable for my camera, I could take a picture and upload it, then you could at least preview it and see if it would suit... yeah. Let me work on that...

Hm. Lacy. Socklike. Hm. Hm.

What's your shoe size?

Dunno if I'd sign up to do socks for just ANYBODY - but you're special, and I owe you musically much!

Hm. Thinking on IDEAS... hm. Hm.

Shoe size is women's 11-1/2 medium. Fairly narrow but long feet. I could send a tracing if that would help? And I'm happy that the music has been a Good Thing(tm) for you. :)

Don't worry about the tracing, I have size charts. Hm, a medium, THAT opens up interesting possibilities I don't usually get to do. (I'm a wide)

You've made me so many lovely things already, I shall pass on this to leave others a chance. :)

Understood. Although you know I'll be creative for you whenever you want.

And having just gotten the Kewl Apron of Beauty, I suppose I better pass too. I can't wait to show it off to my mom.

See, this is what comes of being a gazillion days short on your FL (34o back. Le Sigh).

I would so love to trade creative products with you.

Would you be willing to work a trade thusly: I'll send you this year's Christmas Card (original artwork) in trade for anything you happen to feel inspired to create--?

If not, no worries. If yes: Kewl.

Right, I still need to get back to you!

Sure, why not. You're only the 2nd person to sign up.

Any types of things or colors you particularly *don't* like?

Hmm... My favorite colors are green and grey and brown. My least favorite colors are pink and orange.

But I don't have anything I particularly don't like - I'm quite fond of all colors at different times.

Thanks for taking this up!

Hi there!

If it's not too late (I just got quasi e-mail/internet connectivity back today) my work mailing address is P.O. Box 339 / Duvall, WA 98019.

I'll follow up with an note to your gmail addy if "yes" with my home addy (if wanted). Could you send me your snail-mail addy (username-at-juno-dot-com) for the card?
