selenite, fordprfct, myself, and the kids - and mostuff, tyledra, and David. We had a great time. We'd had it downloaded, but found out that there was finally a US DVD release, as an exclusive from Borders. There will be a more general release next spring - and if that one has more special features and subtitles, we'll probably get it again, they did a really good job of it, and that should be appreciated.
There was a good movie, great company, a feast of food, and much conviviality.tyledra can bake for me anytime. She brought cookies and Amish friendship bread. Oh yum. Alanna had some of that, too. mostuff introduced me to the combination of gorgonzola cheese and pear slices. Oooh. I love gorgonzola, but had never heard of the combination. Lovely.
And the next morningcadhla put up another one of her Advent fanfics - this one Discworld Hogswatchnight stories, because she is amazingly full of win.
We have decided that an annual watching of Hogfather will definitely be part of our holiday traditions.
