I'm not entirely sure Jamie needs to learn to crawl. I just watched him roll over something like 7 to 10 times in a row to cross the room. And it sure looked deliberate to me.

But if he doesn't crawl, he won't pick up the hand skills to drag chairs around, and he'll live forever in the shadow of Alan Muir.

And I think we could live with that. Brendan certainly filled our quota for emergency room visits.

But I think he will crawl. And do many more dangerous and terrifying things.

I've read that some babies are rollers--they roll instead of crawling. If you read the comic "Baby Blues," the 2nd kid, Hammie, was a roller in the older strips.
