I get good pics of Maggie way more often than I do of Jamie, but I rather like this one.

I came back to the living room to find him lying on his stomach, idly kicking his feet against the carpet, looking through this book. He did look up and turn to me when I got the camera turned on.

Oh, thank the gods -- a floor that bears more of a resemblance to mine than to something out of Good Housekeeping.

Oh, the entire living room still looks like an explosion happened in Santa's workshop. Karl has to do major cleaning tomorrow, since he's hosting his birthday party here Saturday.

The book is The Tale of Martha B. Rabbit.

oh dear, now I'm feeling ambivalent about getting him that haircut I have planned. He really needs it, though. The old glasses were more Potteresque.
